Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase on NonVegLovers?

Yes, it’s mandatory. You need to register or create an account to make a purchase on NonVegLovers.

Can I pre-book an order?

Yes! You can pre-book and schedule delivery for the next day.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Express Delivery orders will be delivered within 120 minutes and Scheduled Delivery orders will be delivered according to the time slot selected by you. Please note some localities might not be eligible for Express Delivery.

What is the difference between gross weight and net weight?

Gross weight is the amount of product before processing. Net weight is the amount of product used to get the final output.

Do you charge for the delivery?

A flat delivery charge of Rs.39 (including GST) is applicable on all deliveries.

I want you to deliver my order in a different address.. Is it possible?

Yes, It is possible. Please add a new delivery address for your order in your Account panel. You can add and save as many addresses as you want to.

Can I pick up my order from your nearest outlet?

Yes you can, But we currently have one outlet in Hyderabad. You can pick up your order from this outlet depending on the stock availability. We may increase out outlets number in future.  Also you can use our website or mobile app to place any specific order, and have us deliver it to your doorstep in 120 minutes.


Is shopping at secure?

Yes, we have received the Global SSL Certification that ensures all the payments made to are secure.

Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?

No, only one offer is applicable for a single order. You cannot apply or club different coupons on a single order.

What modes of payment do you accept?

Right now we are accepting online payments through all major credit & debit cards, Pay TM Wallet, GooglePay, Cash On Delivery. The payment should be made in India Rupees, as per the final invoice.

Why there is a difference between my bill amount and what was shown on the website/app?

The prices of the products mentioned on the website and app is for reference only. The final bill amount is based on the actual weight of the product ordered.

I am able to apply the coupon code but the discount percentage is not getting applied for my entire cart.. why?

Discount percentages are valid on products which qualify for the offer and will get applied only to the amount corresponding to the sum of these products.

Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?

Yes, you will be able to order more than one of the same item. For this you have to change the numerical value in your shopping cart up to your desired quantity.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery. If you cancel your order your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days.

Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.
